Hi, we're looking to use this plugin for our first aid courses website however we'd like to find out the following first please: 1. Can we allocate a maximum amount of spaces available for an event? 2. When making a booking, will a space be taken when the course/booking is in the shopping cart (pre-payment), or post-payment? You can only allocate the number of spaces per time slot. So if you have a 8am-6pm time slot then you can say only 10 people can book that. Hope that makes sense. As for the booking spaces, this happens as soon as the booking is chosen and the user is taken to the cart. There's an option to let WordPress delete unpaid bookings after a certain amount of time. That way if someone gets to the cart and abandons, the space will come back after the allotted time you specify in that setting.

I've got a support issue and I have sent in a ticket but I have not got any response. Please advise. The issues I'm having is that if a client books a woocommerce product from the frontend when I check my appointments I can see what they booked, which is normal (see screenshot): https://i.imgur.com/WQki2Im.jpg But if I book a client myself from the backend when I go to check what I booked them for it does not show the woocommerce product that's attached which is a problem because I won't know what their service is when they come to the shop (see screenshot): https://i.imgur.com/bwRuOMp.jpg All is shows is a code instead of the woocommerce product I selected when I booked the appointment. Please help! This plugin does me no good if I can't book my clients manually.
Right now, WooCommerce bookings need to happen on the front-end because the user needs to go through the checkout process in order for Booked to attach itself to a WooCommerce order.
I understand that, that's what the current situation is. But How do you suggest I book from the backend? Are you saying that having the WooCommerce addon doesn't allow me to book from backend (even without an order)? I'm not trying to attach a order to the booking from the backend. I just want to be able to book from the backend and know what I booked (it doesn't have to be a WooCommerce order attached). I only need WooCommerce booking for the front end anyway. Please help. Besides if I book from the frontend, the reminders will go to me and not the client since I'm the one logged in.
I love your product, but I need a site for my photography studio rental. They can choose to book various number of hours a day with pre configured discount based on number of hours with options for add-ons and camera rental options addons and check out.

the emails that are sent to the admin are not working at all, i mean the email is sent, but the information on the email is blank or incorrect. There is no info about the customer's name, email, no date showing and the time is messed up, i chose 9am-10am and in the email it shows 3:02pm - 3:02pm. I have the latest version 2.0.6.
i figured out what the problem was, it was a cache plugin, so i deactivated it and it is working again, thanks though!

Use that code later to book an appointment directly 3. Create Discount coupons applicable to the plugin bookings If not, do you know a third party plugin that would provide that and that is compatible with your plugin? I ve a couple of questions, the most important is: If the website has multiple service providers, when I click on a "green" time it says "5 slot available"; i see the "book Appointment" button, but i cannot select which provider i want... is that possible to do? (i ve other questions but i ll do them after :-)
You would need to create a separate calendar for each provider.
Is there a backend demo, the demo you offer is only for the user. I need specific features, the only way to know if you have them is a backend demo.
Trying to get an answer to a question about your plug-in and can't because the theme developers I purchased that included your plug-in don't provide support for it, and using the theme's purchase code doesn't verify with your ticket system. So, I'm left floating in space and no help. Further to this situation, Envato should have something in place for this situation. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has experienced this.
If you get a bundled plugin and need support, you need to purchase a license for that plugin.

My question: The client has many different aesthetic services she offers. The time required varies for each service, so the time slots available to visitors will depend on the service they are wanting. Is there a way for this to work for visitors to book accordingly?
You would need to create a different calendar for each service, each with different time slots. Then the user would pick the service (linked to a page) that would have that specific calendar on it.
How does the booking and paying via woo commerce work?

having issues with the emails. The 'Pending' option doesn't actually work and sends out an approval email to the customer whether they've been approved or not. Also, why is your support site and FAQs glacial in speed?
