    Hello - the theme looks great and in my opinion have a big potential - im thinking to buy it. But i have a few questions that I have to ask. 1. Contact page whys gray map ( ) is ready to go, or it's only a vision showing that contact page can look like this. 2. What about Google Analytics Integration ? 3. What about SEO optymalization ? Thank U and take care

    Hi @DesktopStudio, To answer your queries:

    1. Contact page whys gray map ( ) is ready to go, or it’s only a vision showing that contact page can look like this.

      Its just a graphical representation. If your buying BrandNew for WP theme then you can put Google Maps instead.
    2. What about Google Analytics Integration ?

      Absolutely possible, you can try any Google Analytics for WP as long as it works with wp_head() and wp_footer() actions. Im 99% sure most of them use this approach.
    3. What about SEO optymalization ?

      Though the site is SEO compatible in most SEO aspects, you can still use a third party SEO plugin for WP like All in one SEO Pack or Platinum SEO etc... albeit it also works on wp_head() and wp_footer() actions.

    Hi, The easiest way would be CSS way. You can add an extra rule in style.css like:

    body.home #main-contents {
      display: none;
    to hide content area on home page....

    Okay, I do see WSOD on your URL but I can't guess what's going wrong. You can try these first:

    1. Try with a fresh install of WP on your localhost or on a devel server(not your current server). Make sure you have all required PHP configuration with required modules since it can't be ruled out.
    2. If using latest WP version than you have to do it backwards. Refer this for more info
    3. Additionally if you can edit your wp-config.php then enable or insert this:

      * For developers: WordPress debugging mode.
      * Change this to true to enable the display of notices during development.
      * It is strongly recommended that plugin and theme developers use WP_DEBUG
      * in their development environments.
      define('WP_DEBUG', false); //-- TURN FALSE TO TRUE

      Turn False to True in WP_DEBUG. This will let you know what's wrong and where its going wrong.
    If this doesn't resolve your issues, then best way I could help is to look into your hosting server and php config and how the site was setup if it sits right with you.

    Hello, how do I get with the our team widget a picture/avatar in the round circle? thanx in advance for probably a simple solution :-)

    Hi @errolem Thanks for purchasing our theme.... Its automatic if your looking in Firefox 8 (sure), Chrome/Safari latest version (not sure), IE (wont work). Background frame is also automatic given the size of team members avatar image is proportionate (this is also automatic, images are rendered proportionately no matter what original image size is). These images use CSS3 border-radius property to achieve rounded corners which was the best option, or you have to go through additional Image processing; create an alpha round clipping region and then display it. This goes for all rounded images in (Team Members sidebar and Client Testimonials widget respectively).... Hope this helps...

    list element for images on main page has an inline style height: 15px. It should be approx. 100px because the images are being cut off. (FF8 )

    @dotcomedesign: Thanks for the pointer... That could most probably be because of the plugin jCarousel Lite. I have noticed that sometimes height is miscalculated but on consecutive page refresh it becomes normal again...

    Thanks for the great theme. Looks awesome. I have purchased the theme and having a lot of problems getting it to work. I am using Wordpress 3.3 and I have installed the theme and plugins as a fresh install and the following problems have occurred. 1. Custom Post Types and Taxonimies aren't recognized so therefore I do not have the Team, Portfolios, Testimonials sections. 2. Navigation Menu is vertical not horizontal as in the demo 3. Missing the input boxes on the comments section I then decided to import the database that you provided with the purchase and work backwards. All the pages and content is present but I encountered the following issues. 1. Can't upload images into the gallery using NextGen Gallery. Keeps throwing an HTTP Error. 2. Manually uploaded the images via FTP but they are now not displaying in the portfolio even though I have created the portfolio and pointed it to the Next Gen Gallery ( 3. The 3 fields on the left hand side of the comments form are missing. Bit of a nightmare to tell you the truth. I haven't tinkered with any code yet as was hoping there would be an upgrade to fix these issues If you have any fixes that would be much appreciated. Thanks Robbei

    Hi Robbei, I guess there will be bit of a stretch here for you to get this working under WP 3.3 so please bare with me. I just checked/verified with an update on my OpenSUSE linux box from WP 3.2 to WP 3.3 with this theme; and it works flawlessly even after updating all required plugins to their latest versions so, please make sure you have these Plugin updates:

    • Breadcrumb NavXT - Version 4.0.0
    • Contact Form 7 - Version
    • GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools - Version 1.5.0
    • MailPress - Version 5.1.1
    • NextGEN Gallery - Version 1.9.1
    • Widget Context - Version 0.7
    • WP-PageNavi - Version 2.81
    Second most important thing, before updating any of these plugins please disable them. And run the automatic WP Plugin updates one by one for each plugin (Do not enable any of the plugins yet). DO NOT UPDATE YOUR WP 3.2 or WP 3.x VERSION UNTIL YOU HAVE UPDATED ALL PLUGINS After this you can safely run automatic WP core version update to 3.3. If successfully updated then you can enable each plugin one by one. I understand your concern but, it will be a learining curve, but follow these steps. If you have any issues then you can get back to us.

    Hi TheSaintKabir, Just before i make a purchase, i would like to if the round image slider is customisable from the admin panel, i.e. can i simply create a new profile item, upload its image and set is as featured to make it appear on the hompage. Similarly, will it be possible for me to upload more than one portfolio image and then users will be able to switch between then in lightbox using left and right arrows. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Thanks.

    Hello, I am having many issues with getting the theme to upload correctly. If you view my site here: I have errors like: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/tropic37/public_html/wp-content/themes/brandnew/lib/theme_functions.php on line 27 Warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in /home/tropic37/public_html/wp-content/themes/brandnew/templates/headers/home-services.php on line 19 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/tropic37/public_html/wp-content/themes/brandnew/lib/theme_functions.php on line 49 How can I fix this? I don't know anything about PHP so I don't want to change the code without knowing what is wrong. I have also uploaded all the plugins, made sure that they are updated. Is there anything you can do to help me?? Thank you.

    Your missing default DB settings which can be found in brand_new.sql.gz which is included in bundled archive. Import this file in your DB and work your way from there on. Only reason why your getting these errors.

    TheSaintKabir Thanks that worked perfectly (and fast response), guess before i didn't make the percentage big enough to notice, theme is almost where i need it to be, now i'm trying to completely remove the "contents" section under the Home page So after the "Featured Slides" it should be the footer not that big white gap in between, and Thanks again I checked under Main template "index.php", but there is nothing there

    Hi, Yes you can do that, with a bit of WP code scuba-diving. I will explain it in a nutshell, lookout for theme_functions.php inside /lib folder residing in BrandNew theme folder. The function you should look for is theme_get_home_featured_carousel() on line 21 inside theme_functions.php This function creates the output of Home Page Featured carousel images.... Mazel Tov,
