I agree that this product is VERY close to what I need. I would like to know if there is a way to enhance it with forms or at least custom fields so that we can control service processes and projects.

Demo has Client being able to see, and make many changes to, various things that a client should not have access to, including users, projects, tasks, etc. Is there a way to prevent any changes to anything by client, other than messages, tickets, and/or uploading new files? Also, is there a way to create templates, instead of whole new sets of tasks, etc., when repeatedly doing same type of work? Is there a way to add custom fields for a client profile? What about custom fields for other functions, or to hide various things from a client, and only allow what we want them to see?

It isn't form templates, so much, that are needed. The problem is that if you have a set of services/product, that you offer, which is the case for almost every single business that has any reason for a project management system, you need to be able to immediately replicate the entire project, each task, each milestone, etc. Eliminating the time needed to repeat each process for creating a project, the multitude of tasks, the timelines, the milestones, etc, and everything else needed, is the primary reason for having a project management software/platform, in the first place. Otherwise, we could all just set things up, and run the same thing from a Google Sheet, which could be duplicated, for each project, saving more time than using a project management platform, that requires manual re-creation of each project, task, etc. All tasks and projects need to have a method of cloning their processes. System is basically unusable until this is done.

We are sorry for any translation mistakes as these are translated using Google Translate tool so we can not rely on the accuracy of translation. PO file are needed to update translation.

Payment Option Call other is available you can use that for the cash. Currently RTL is not available, but adding css styles you can achieve this. Thank you
