One license can only be used on one WordPress installation at a time, but you can create unlimited forms. The license also includes free lifetime plugin updates and 6 months of support.
Any buyer of the Extended License is permitted to use Quform in larger stock item that will be sold on Envato Market (for example included with a WordPress theme that is sold on ThemeForest.) See the theme integration guide for more information.
We currently do not offer an “Unlimited” or “Developer” license that can be used on multiple sites.

Hi, love your plugin and have it on many of my client's websites. But recently I have upgraded on one of my client's website and all form have been deleted :( I restored backup and did it again, and once again all have gone... How to avoid it?

I like the new look, but the mailchimp omission is a glaring one. I've followed the new tutorial (https://support.themecatcher.net/quform-wordpress/guides/integration/mailchimp) with no success. Is it going to have better mailchimp support? I don't want to have to jump through this hoop for each and every form that needs to connect to mailchimp.

Hi Sorry about the delay. The error means that the email was not accepted for delivery by your server. Try Solution #1 on this page. If it still does not work, you'll need to configure Quform to use an SMTP server to send the emails (Solution #3.) Regards, TC

Hi There is nothing built into the plugin for this but it can be done with custom development. There is a hook you can use quform_post_process to run custom code after the form is submitted. A developer will be able to write code to send the data to Google or Hotmail. Regards, TC

Pre Purchase Question: I have a 7 Step Form. On Step 1, I need conditional logic to work so that, each step to appear only if a particular field is chosen from a drop down. So if a User selects option 1 then they see only two steps I specify and the rest are hidden. Can this be done using your form maker?
Second Question: I know its possible to add the Page title/url to the submitted results via email. Can I somehow know the page from which the user landed. That is the page before the form was filled?
Hi 1. Yes, if you have each of the 7 steps as pages in the form builder, then you can go into the settings for the page that you want to hide and enable conditional logic and set the rules. It will skip pages according to the rules you set. 2. Yes it is possible, but it will require a bit of PHP coding. I can make a guide for this and get back to you. Regards, TC

I would ideally like to display the same thing at the end of the form to the user filling it up. 2. Lastly, any plans of integrating the form with WooCommerce in the future?

Hi Not sure if I am understanding what you need. When editing the form go to the settings for the row. Then choose Column size: Float This will make the submit button next to the file upload. You can change the button size and style in the submit button settings, and add your own CSS on the Styles tab to change the position. Regards, TC
Why does the plugin not have the print option to the entries save forms? When changing the admin language to the RTL language (Like Arabic) the Label names in entries from staying in left and not comes to right side why?
Hi In the next update (coming soon) the print stylesheet is fixed so printing a single entry page looks much better. In a future update we'll add an advanced printing feature for printing an entry with options to control what is shown and we'll add hooks to be able to modify it. It's not possible with the license options we have available on CodeCanyon, but it is something we want to do.

Hello, This is a fantastic tool to achieve surveys online. I just wondered if it was possible to manage the answers. Let's assume a 15 questions-survey would generate 200 answers : is it possible to move them to an .xls file so as to work on them. I'm a RS Form pro user (Joomla) and this WP work is really incredible. Roger
It's not currently possible to do this, but we will consider it for a future version. I agree it's a useful feature, thanks for the suggestion.
first of all, you have done a great job on this plugin. even a noob like myself could set it up. I wanted to ask a question, when I submit the form, it seems to take a long time to process. After about 40 seconds, I receive and email with the form, but it take another 30-40 seconds to get the Thanks for submitting dialogue box. Can you take a look at the form on my site . You could try a couple of things to narrow down the problem. In the form settings, go to the Email tab and uncheck "Send form data via email", save the form and see if the problem persists. In the form settings, go to the Entries tab and uncheck "Save submitted form data", save the form and see if the problem persists. This should tell us whether the problem is cause by the sending of emails or the database or neither.
Hello sometimes the emails no arrived (I am usign 2 emails, to my pop3 also arrived 1 email, to gmail no arrived anything) I like me some plugin FormidablePro had some options, I would appreciate checks to see if you can borrow some ideas (such as copying and pasting multiple fields) Thanks
Did you check if the email arrived in your Gmail Junk folder? You may find more help here. In the next version you will be able to copy and paste options for multiple fields and import options in bulk.
I have just tested this with 1 pop account and 1 gmail account as recipients and I received both emails. Some more things to check are: 1. Re-check the spelling of the email address in your settings 2. Try to send a simple email using PHP to your gmail account, if you contact me through my profile page I can provide you with a test script. This will rule out a communication problem between your site and Gmail. 3. Trying using an SMTP server to send the emails, you can configure this at the bottom of Settings -> Email -> Email sending settings
I get the email send with Iphorm 48 hours after submission, I do not know it is a problem with Iphorm or with my hosting company, can you help me? thanks
I am sure that it's not a problem with the plugin - once the email is sent, we have no control over it. I'd check with your hosting company.
Hey there. First of all this is magnificent. I have a question for you though. I have built a website with two languages (both using different domains meaning different wordpress databases.) When I went to put the lisence key on the 2nd site it said that it was only vaild for one site. Is this the case? Technically it's for the same site its just a different language for the site. I have entered the code in both sites and all is working so far but I thought I should notify you if there is anything you can do to help. Thanks

Hi! Is it possible to include this contact form in a single-post wordpress template? I have a bunch of products listed and I want this form to show up on each and every one of these products to work as an order form. Also is it possible to get the title of the page and automaticly fill one of the fields out? For example "I want to order [blank]". Where [blank] should be the product currently being viewed. Hi 1. Yes, you can add it to a template PHP file. 2. Yes, in the form builder there is a setting called "Default value" for most fields, and there is a drop down menu next to this where you can insert variable data, the post/page title is one of the pieces of data you can insert here. Regards, TC

We will make the Global CSS work for the button in the next update! The best way just now would be to create a custom theme based on the light theme (for example) so you would copy the light theme folder (wp-content/plugins/iphorm-formbuilder/themes...) and change the name of the folder to something new. You can get full details on doing this here – http://www.themecatcher.net/iphorm-form-builder/theme-instructions.php – Follow “steps”. It is important the changes are not make directly to the existing themes and they may get lost when you update. Once you have a new theme CSS , edit the class for the button which is: .iphorm-submit-wrap button span and related, hover / active / etc (the CSS file has comments). Or/ and you can edit the background images for the button which are: button-bg-rep.png and button-bg-rep-active.png. You can also use the .iphorm-submit-wrap button em if the button requires two background images. Does that help you? Please let me know if you need further assistance. Allan

Played with the demo a little bit, is it possible to just add text? Id like to have almost a table like layout. The Item # and Product Name would be static while the quantity would be a iphorm dropdown. I can get the top titles(labels) through the HTML addon but not sure how I could do it incorporating iphorm. Can this be done or will I have to do it manually.

Hi, Yes, this can be achieved using Proportional Groups, simply choose the number of columns you require. You can add an HTML element where you need static text, ie for the table headings etc. Then add a Drop down for each product with the Admin label set to the product name. I can make an example export form for you to get you started. Just send me an email through my profile page when you are ready.
