Simple Signup Form jQuery Plugin will collect the visitor’s email address on your website with an attention-grabber, effective way. It has a lot of optional customization options and you can setup simply in minutes.

Using the latest CSS3 animations with AJAX validation the Signup Form will build your email list effectively in no time. You can use it with MailChimp, but if you have any other email database manager, you can use it with that as well. In that case, the plugin will send you a message about every subscription with the user’s email address, therefore you can easily add it to your own email list manager. You can also use this function as a signup notification.

Animated Elements

Animated form elements with different type of animations, including move, fade or scale styles in normal or random order. However, it is possible to disable this feature, it is highly recommended to get more attention and subscriptions.

Advanced Custom Fields

Create as many custom fields as you wish and all of them can be passed to your MailChimp List.

Social Signup, MailChimp and Custom Modes

Social signup for the subscribers via their Facebook or Google+ account. The subscription is really simple, just click on the Facebook or Google+ button and the email address is automatically copied to the signup form.

The subscription form supports the popular MailChimp or you can get the subscribers email address directly to your mailbox with mail mode. With this method you can add the email address to any third party newsletter software. It is possible to make your own customization and add your own code in the plugin, therefore it will automatically save the email address to your other newsletter software.

Easy YouTube Integration

Make you signup form unique with a YouTube video to get more better conversion. You have to simply specify the video ID in the parameters and it will be automatically added to the signup form.

    Hi, I am looking to purchase, but just have a few questions. 1/ I can see that you can set the form , as 1 per user , and once per filled. > does this mean that once somebody had subscribed it wont bother them anymore, If this is correct, How does it do this ? is it done via ip tracking ? 2/ Can you set the popup form to appear at selective times ? > ie , After a specific time on a particular webpage ?

    Hello, 1. The plugin using cookies in the browser to remember for the users. It is a better solution than using the IP address since a whole network can use the same IP.

    2. It is possible to set a delay timer, display the popup when almost reach the bottom of the page or trigger the popup with a click event.

    Regards,

    Hello elbrucko, You can place any HTML or JavaScript code to the title, bottomtitle or text parameters and the form can be fired with automatically or a single click event.
    Just add the class:opensspopup to any clickable HTML element and set the openwithlink parameters to true.

    If you still have any difficulties, please specify the aims that you would like to realize.

    Thank you!

    Best regards,

    If you would like to include whole file(s) to the header of the signup form, that isn't possible. You can only add custom HTML, JS or CSS code.
    Google Tag Manager produce a script and a noscript elements, you can add these to the bottomtitle, for example:

    "
    		"animation":"slide",
    		"boldtitle":false
    		});
    });

    Just you need to pay attention to the apostrophes and escapes. Are you sure it wouldn't be better to add these "stuffs" to your website instead of the popup?

    Kind regards,

    Hi I wish to edit the following visual aspect of the form and wonder how to? 1) the height of the actual form. 2) The width of the fields. Thank you!

    Hello, You can find a form generator in the example folder inside the downloaded ZIP file. That allows to design the form and generate the code you have to insert to the HTML file.
    1. The height of the form is calculated automatically from the content.
    2. The width of the form can be customized by the "width" attribute.
    The width of the fields are also automatically calculated, but you can overwrite in the simplesubscriptionpopup.css Best regards,

    If you mean the custom fields, then find the following part on line 338:

    .customfields {
        width: 95% !important;
        border-right: 1px solid #ccc !important;
    }

    The default fields (name and email) can be located on line 268:

    .mc_embed_signup form input[type=email], .mc_embed_signup form input[type=text], .mc_embed_signup form textarea, .mc_embed_signup form select {
    ...

    Pay attention to modify the default fields since the email field is shorter than the others, because of the submit button. Best regards,

    Hi, Is it possible to have a small tab or graphic on screen that only activates the popout when clicked? In general people hate automatic popups/popouts as they interrupt when people are trying to read your content.

    I had an issue with the script as i had slider on my website that uses older version of Java 1.4.3 and this script uses 1.11.1. I followed instructions and it did not work. Emailed pantherius and in less than 10 minutes he replied suggesting me there is conflict with the different version. I fixed it and was good to go. Good Job Pantherius.

    Hi, thanks for creating this plugin! I have added the plugin to my website. I am having an issue with the plugin sending the email message. The form is displaying however, once I click the subscribe button the form closes and says the sign up is successful. Unfortunately I do not receive an email at the address I specified in the handler.php file as instructed by the online documentation. I have placed all plugin files within their correct folder at the root level of my website. Also the path to the handler.php file is pointing to the correct location as well. Thank you for your help!

    Hello, Please make sure you using it with mode: mail or mode: mixed
    If it doesn't solve the issue, please create a mailtest.php with the following lines:

    Replace the [email protected] and the [email protected] email address, then call the mailtest.php in your browser.
    If you doesn't get any mail, that means the issue is with your hosting. In this case, you may contact with your hosting provider and inform them the php mail() function doesn't work properly on the server.

    If you get the email successfully, please send me your website URL via my profile page mail sender and I'm happy to check the problem. Best regards,

    You're welcome! It doesn't matter where do you place it since it is not related with the plugin. It is a test file only to check the mail function on your server.
    If you place it to the root level of your website, then call it in your browser like: yourwebsite.com/mailtest.php
    Otherwise, if you put it under the php folder, then call it like: yourwebsite.com/php/mailtest.php Please also check out the spam folder in your mailbox. Regards,
