Hi - do you have any customers using your plugin with WP All Import for inventory management? We use WP All Import to import Stock Status from a central database. If the import changes the Stock Status from outofstock to instock, will your Back in Stock automatic emails be sent?
Hi! Unfortunately we don't have any customers using WP All Import, though if import changes default woocommerce product in stock/out of stock statuses it should work properly with Waitlist. Thanks, createIT
Its not found on Porto Theme?
Hi! If you are using premium theme with custom woocommerce templates, our plugin may not work correctly due to changes added to woo template. If you would like us to create a compatible version of this plugin for you, feel free to contact us at [email protected] where one of my colleagues will prepare an offer for you, you can also ask for a refund. You can do that by going to this link: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new Thanks, createIT
I have serious problems with your plugin, I bought it but it does not work.
Hello, I just bought your plugin it works fine but the waitlist button shows twice: The first one appears under the products name, and the other one appears where the button add to the cart was supposed to be. I just want it to appear once. Could you tell me where and I change that option?
Hi! Can you please contact us via support forum with your site url and WordPress admin panel login and password, so we could check this? Thanks, createIT
Hello! I'd like to purchase this plugin, but have a few questions first: 1) Does the Waitlist link only show up on single product pages? Or would it also show up on the main shop page or category pages, which list multiple products? It would be great if it would, so a user wouldn't have to click through to a single product page in order to join the waitlist. 2) Is there a shortcode or line of code I could use to output a Waitlist button if a product is out of stock based on the product ID? I'd like to create a page with a couple specific products, and have a Join Waitlist button appear if the product is out of stock, without requiring the customer to click to the single product page. 3) Is it compatible with Subscription products? Both simple subscriptions and variable subscriptions? 4) If I have a variable subscription product where I only track the inventory at the parent product level, not at the variation level, will the Waitlist button appear on the parent level of the product, or only after a variation is selected?
Hi! 1) Waitlist button is displayed only on single product page. 2) We don't have any dedicated shortcode for waitlist button, so it would require using custom code. 3) Plugin is compatible only with default WooCommerce products. 4) It appears after you select the product variation. Thanks, createIT
Hi I just put a variation back in stock, but subscribed users are still on the waitlist?!? Is there any way to do a manual trigger?
Hi! Manual trigger can be enabled via single product settings (screenshot: here). So please check if you have this option enabled. If that won't help - please contact our support team at http://createit.support/ - guys will gladly help you. Thanks, createIT
I don't have that option enabled. Could you please provide an email address for the support team
Hi! Our support team will answer all your questions via support forum - http://createit.support - just start a new topic with your website url and WordPress admin panel access (you will find dedicated fields for credentials when creating a new topic which can be seen only by support team). Hi, I´m having a problem with the plugin, It has some conflict with variable products. I have to disable waitlist plugin to be able to edit a variable plugin. Can you help me?
Hi! Of course we'll help you. Just contact our support team at http://createit.support/ with access to your website, so we could check this. As you can see on our demo: link plugin supports variable products so we need to check the problem directly on your website. Thanks, createIT
Plugin not working with variable products. Using Unero theme
Hi! The issue you described might be caused by the custom WooCommerce Template used by your premium theme as we weren’t able to recreate this bug with theme using default WooCommerce Templates. Please contact our support via [email protected] Our team will be more than happy to help you there and try to suggest a solution. Thanks, createIT
Hi, is it possible to change the position of the button on the product pages?
Hi! Unfortunately, right now there is no option that would allow changing the position of the button on the site. We will discuss adding functionality that you requested to our features list, but I can't guarantee when it will be implemented. If you don't want to wait - feel free to contact [email protected] about the custom work. The team will prepare a quote for you. Thanks, createIT
When I upload the new version of this plugin my whole site goes down. My support has expired but it seems kind of ridiculous to pay to get help for this. I tried a few different times. The site works perfectly until I remove the old version of the plugin and then upload the new one.
Can I choose to how many subscribers the mail is send? If I have 100 subscribers and I increase stock with 1. Will the plugin send a mail to 100 subscribers?
Hi! Our plugin have 'Enable postponing emails option' in product edit page that will let you delay send 'Back In Stock' message. You can view or edit queue to adjust and decide who to send email or when to do it. Thanks, createIT
I understand, thank you for the quick response.
Hi! I use the WooCommerce Product Bundles plugin. Is there anyway to use Back In Stock Notifier together with bundled products?
Hi! Waitlist was not tested with WooCommerce Product Bundles, though I'm afraid that if 'bundle' is used as a new product type it won't work properly. Waitlist supports only default product types from WooCoomerce, so it would require additional integration with new product type. Thanks, createIT
Hi guys, Still having problems with your install package I'm afraid :'( Received notification of the v1.3 update this morning and downloaded the latest package. Tried to remove v1.1, deactivated plugin ok but the installation process just kept causing WP to crash (just a grey uninstall screen, no text or messages). So had to resort to ftp to manually delete the plugin directory. Tried to install the latest version, but the same problem as before: Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin install failed. Seems there is still no install zip file in the files available to download, even when you select to download the 'WP installation files only' option. But no problem, manually made a zip file of the contents on the ct-waitlist plugin and then this installed fine... Checked the version after install, but it is showing as v1.2, whereas the latest version shown in your changelog is v1.3. So where is this latest version that fixes the security vulnerability you mentioned? Come on guys, please! You've got a great plugin but are shooting yourself in the foot by not giving us the right files in the right format to install, and making sure that the plugin installs, updates and uninstalls as it should. We shouldn't need to start re-zipping install files or resorting to FTP to get the plugin working. Regards, James :crying:
Hello, Sorry for you troubles. We are investigating this. Please create a ticket in our support forum http://createit.support/ and we will send you the most recent package. Thanks, createIT
Thanks, ticket just created :)
Hi! We've sent you the files. In case of any additional problems - feel free to ask the team from our forum - they will be more than happy to help you there :) Thanks, createIT
Hi I want to buy this plugin but I need to know if this will work with bundled products
Hi! If you would like to use separate plugin for this, where ‘bundle’ is used as a new product type it won’t work properly. Waitlist supports only default product types from WooCoomerce, so it would require additional integration with new product type. Thanks, createIT
Hi Im thinking about purchase this plugin ... but i still have a question ... Is the plugin indicate the size wich the client is waiting ? thank you
Hi! Yes, client can select the product variation which should be added to waitlist, so it can indicate size, color or any other attribute, which is used for product variations. Thanks, createIT
I am having an issue with this plugin being enabled and when I choose a variation that is out of stock, it doest state out of stock or how many is left and it doesnt show the wait list subscription. When I disable the plugin, variations and out of stock for those variations work correctly. Activate again...and it doesnt work again. When watching the console, it has this error; http://www.XXXX.XXX/product URL/?wc-ajax=get_variation 500 (Internal Server Error)
Its possible it has happened in latest Woocommerce update or using Sucuri Cloud Proxy/firewall
Hi! Yes, problem can be caused by some third party plugin. Please, contact our support team at http://createit.support/ with test access to your website, so we could test and debug it. Our team will be more than happy to help you there. Thanks, createIT
I have placed a forum entry for this and given the login credentials - thanks
Hi! Thanks! Someone will get back to your shortly. createIT
I have a pre-sale question. I use a short code to add the “add to cart” button. Will this plugin work where this button is placed? I mean, when I am out of stock, will this button change to “join the wait list”? I asked this because I tried a free waitlist plugin and it only worked on the product page, and that is not good to me. The button short code is [sf_addtocart_button product_id=”2236” colour=”black” extraclass=”“]
Hi! Our plugin is working only on product pages as well, so unfortunately it will not work with your button. But I would encourage you to contact with our premium support via [email protected] where my colleagues will tell you how much it would cost to add this type custom functionality to our plugin. Thanks, createIT
Will this conflict with these two (2) plugins... - Yith WishList - Yith Compare. ----------------------- I was using another "Wait List" plugin, and certain elements ( like the WaitList text field ) was visible in these two plugins. I think these 3 plugins were somehow sharing code to where parts of the WaitList was being shown in the "Yith Compare" and "Yith WishList" plugins.
Please let me know if your plugin will have the same issue or not . - turner2f
Hi! We tested it and didn't notice any conflict with those two plugins, so it should work properly. Thanks, createIT
Thanks. I will bookmark this .
Does this plugin also send email to subscribers when they subscribe to wait list of any product? Can we see a sample? I tried at your demo, it didn't send me anything.
Hi! Sending email after subscription is optional - you can enable/disable it via Email settings (documentation online: here). This option is disabled on our demo page, probably that's why you couldn't get an email. Thanks, createIT
