Hello, --------------- a screenshot for PDF that your plugin send to customer after making order would be appreciated.
Hey Sanayar, we will be adding it very soon with a demo link. Meanwhile, there's a screenshot in preview images which shows invoice template. Thank you.
Hi, i would like to purchase this plugin, but before that i want to have a look at admin demo. Can you be able to give me a demo link to check the admin options ? Thanks!!
Hey giganticdigital, thanks for a comment. Just a few minutes and our demo will be live. Meanwhile, you can use: demo1.sortedwp.com/wp-admin with username: admin password: admin to view admin options available inside WooCommerce settings. Hope this helps. Thank you.
Dear SortedPixel. I have purchased the plugin. But its not working at all. After installing this plugin my site got down. I immediately contacted my hosting guys and they helped me to remove it. I need my money back. Please give me refund. Best wishes, GiganticDigital
Hey Gigantic, thanks for the purchase. Our team has tested the plugin with all the recent WordPress versions and even 5.0 beta which will be out soon. Maybe some other plugin conflict. Have you tried raising a support request at [email protected]dpixel.com. If you reach out to our support team , they can help you get it configured with your site. Thanks.
I dont want to mess up my site again. I have already sent you the refund request. Please approve it.
Once we confirm the issue you're claiming is genuine, we would definitely process your request without any questions. There seems a contradiction in your claims, on refund request you've mentioned there's a space at top of your invoice printed on POS printer and here you're saying the plugin completely break the site once you installed it making your site inaccessible. How is this even possible, if the plugin didn't break the site then you were able to print the invoice? Also, even requesting to raise a ticket on our helpdesk, we still do not see any action from your end. Anyway, to help us improve the support and plugin could you please share your site URL and any screenshots of the receipts you printed to support your claims. It will help us expedite your refund processing request. Thank you.
Yeah i forgot to mention the site down issue in refund request. At first your plugin makes my site down. Then after i have tried again and it prints a big space at top and bottom of the invoice slip. Then i have uninstalled your useless plugin.
I dont want to share my website with you. I can share the invoice slips. Give me your email id. I will send you right away.
Here is the invoice screenshot http://prntscr.com/llyo93 Can you believe now that my claim is genuine?????
I have emailed you the invoice screenshot http://prntscr.com/llyo93. Can you approve the refund request now?
Dear GiganticDigital, Unfortunately, we have decided to decline your refund request by carefully considering all the communications with you via refund request and comments forum. With our years of working experience with WordPress, we clearly, understand that different environment may cause problems for plugins to work correctly and there may be some unexpected conflicts. However, your claims cannot be confirmed based on the information shared by you. Here are the main reasons: 1. We see a contradiction in your claims. Firstly, you mentioned that there's a 30cm gap at top of the print while printing on Epson POS printer via refund request. Then, you commented that the plugin breaks your site once you installed it making it inaccessible. If this was the case how can you print the receipt in the first place? Then you said, it breaks the site which you have to get fixed from your hosting provider. And then again you installed the plugin on your site and somehow it worked but your site became slow and you were able to print invoice but it shows a blank space at the top using POS. However, the way WordPress (or any other software system) works, if you install the same plugin/code on in the same environment you get the exact same results. 2. Not sharing supported details when requested multiple times: We have requested you multiple times to share your site URL and other supporting details so that we can look into the problem and help you resolve it. Or share details to support your claim and help us process your refund request which also you have not provided or raised any support tickets to provide our team with an opportunity to resolve the issue. If you still want our support team to look into your problem and help you resolve the issue, please share website URL and temporary backend details on [email protected] Thank you.
Good Luck With Sale :)

Awesome Work! Good Luck With Sale :)
How is this different than: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-google-cloud-print/21129093?s_rank=2 ?
Hey cgelici, that plugin also uses Google Cloud Print Library for cloud printing. However, we have offered other features such as customisable invoices and automatic PDF invoice emails to customers as well. And many more to come. Hope this helps. Thanks.
